05.11.23 Another sunny day on the Martesana / Un altro giorno di sole sulla Martesana

Era una bellissima giornata ieri lungo la Martesana: un po' fresco all'ombra ma caldo al sole. E molte persone sono uscite per approfittare del bel tempo dopo le terribili piogge dei giorni scorsi. Quindi eravamo tutti impegnati. In effetti, avevo già venduto tutti i miei crisantemi prima ancora di finire di allestire il banco! Ma non preoccuparti, ne avrò un sacco di più la prossima settimana. Molto richieste sono state anche le mie piante da interno e le succulente.

Grazie a tutti coloro che si sono fermati a chiacchierare, a comprare o semplicemente a lasciarmi giocare con i loro cani! Spero di rivedervi di nuovo la prossima domenica. It was a lovely day on the Martesana yesterday - a bit cool in the shade but warm in the sun. And lots of people came out to take advantage of the good weather after the dreadful rain of the past few days. So we were busy. In fact, I'd sold out of my chrysanthemums before I'd even finished setting up the stall! Don't worry though - I'll have plenty more next week. Also popular were my houseplants and succulents.

Thanks to everyone who stopped to chat, to buy or just to let me play with their dogs! I hope to see you again next Sunday.
