Scindapsus aureus (Pothos / Devil's Ivy)

Esposizione: E' consigliabile scegliere una zona della casa con una luce indiretta e luminosa. Pothos può tollerare una luce più debole, ma la crescita sarà più lenta e i colori potrebbero sbiadire. E’ comunque importante che non riceva la luce diretta del sole che può provocare macchie brune sulle foglie.

Temperatura ideale: 18-25°C      

Temperatura minima: 13°C

Annaffiatura: Con regolarità, attendendo sempre che il terreno sia perfettamente asciutto prima di annaffiare nuovamente; queste piante sopportano benissimo la siccità mentre gli eccessi di acqua potrebbero causare l'insorgenza di dannose malattie fungine.

Light needs: They can survive in dark places, but it is advisable to choose an area in the house with some filtered light. Insufficient light can cause the loss of markings on the leaves. It is important, however, that they do not receive direct sunlight, which can cause the leaves to form brown spots.

Watering: Water regularly, but always wait for the soil to be perfectly dry before watering again. These plants tolerate drought very well, while excess water could lead to the development of harmful fungal diseases.
