Questa domenica, 2 novembre, è prevista l’ultima edizione del 2025 di El Mercatel, prima della nostra pausa invernale fino al prossimo marzo.
Come sempre, però, tutto dipende dal meteo. Al momento in cui scrivo (venerdì mattina) le previsioni parlano di pioggia per l’intera giornata. È ancora un po' presto per darlo per certo. Le previsioni cambiano in fretta: in dodici ore può stravolgersi tutto. Magari la pioggia deciderà di anticipare a sabato o di rimandare a lunedì.
La verità è che ci sentiamo sicuri soltanto la sera prima. Quindi continuerò ad aggiornare questo post di giorno in giorno, mentre le previsioni si assestano. E se dovesse sembrare che saremo presenti, aggiungerò anche un assaggio delle cose che ho già pronte per la vendita.
Incrociamo le dita per un’ultima domenica asciutta!
The last session for 2025 of El Mercatel is scheduled for this Sunday, 2nd November. After that we'll be on our winter break until next March. But as always, whether or not the market is held depends on the weather - and at the moment (Friday morning) the forecast is for rain all Sunday.
It's a bit early to be sure yet. The forecast evolves and can change rapidly in twelve hours. So we may be lucky and the rain will either pass forward to Saturday or back till Monday. We're never really sure until the evening before. So I'll keep updating this post as the week (and the forecast) goes on, and if it looks as if we may be there, will add information of the things I've got ready for sale.
We've been lucky with the weather so far this year, let's hope our luck holds for this last session!
