Montmartre della Martesana

El Mercatel non è l’unico mercato sulla Martesana. C’è anche un mercato degli artisti chiamato Montmartre della Martesana, che si tiene alcune volte all’anno in alcune delle domeniche in cui El Mercatel non è presente. 

El Mercatel is not the only market on the Martesana. There's also an artist's market called Montmartre della Martesana which is held a few times a year on some of the Sundays which El Mercatel  doesn't use. 

Oggi (28 settembre) me lo sono perso, ma mio marito è andato a fare una passeggiata nel pomeriggio e ha detto che, oltre alla consueta raccolta di artisti che espongono i loro quadri, c’era anche un bravissimo sassofonista che suonava. Comunque, se l’avete perso anche voi, avete un’altra occasione: torneranno domenica 12 ottobre.

I missed today's session (28 September) but my husband went for a walk this afternoon and said that, as well as the normal collection of artists selling their paintings, there was a very good saxophonist playing.  However, if you missed it too, you've got another chance - they'll be back on Sunday 12th October.
