Gli ultimi due giorni del Mercatel /The final two days of El Mercatel

Beh, gli ultimi due giorni per quest'anno. El Mercatel sarà sulla Martesana il 10 e 17 dicembre, e poi ci sarà la consueta pausa invernale fino a marzo. Purtroppo, non sarò presente quei due ultimi giorni - fa ormai troppo freddo per portare fuori le mie piante. Stanno perfettamente bene sotto le luci di crescita in casa, ma morirebbero di shock se le trasferissi improvvisamente all'esterno di nuovo.

Well, the last two days for this year anyway. El Mercatel will be on the Martesana on the 10th and 17th December, after which there will be the usual winter break until March. Unfortunately i won't be there for those last two days however. It's now too cold to take my plants outside. They're happy and healthy under their grow-lights in the house, but would die of shock if I suddenly moved them outside again.

Lots of the other regular stallholders will be there though, including Giuseppe carfagno, who's just published the third in his series of crime novels set on and around the Martesana canal. Anche se la mia bancarella non sarà presente, farò una visita veloce per salutare tutti e comprare alcune decorazioni e regali di Natale (inclusa la nuova pubblicazione di Giuseppe come regalo da me a me stessa!) Potete vedere dai post precedenti in questo blog che c'è molta scelta, quindi perché non visitare il mercato il 10 o il 17 per fare alcuni dei tuoi acquisti natalizi?

Even if my stall won't be there, I'll be paying a quick visit to say hello to everyone and buy a few Christmas decorations and presents (including Giuseppe's new book as a present from me to me!). You can see from past posts in this blog that there's plenty of choice, so why not include a quick visit during your Christmas shopping on the 10th or 17th?
